What Building in Public looks Like...

Raw, unedited.

Between permits, projects, and putting out fires, posting videos felt like a luxury.

We’d squeeze in content between site visits. Rush edits late at night. We’d patched it together like a shitty contractor – and yeah, it showed.

For three months, I kept running the same excuses in my head:
“I don’t have time.”
“Client work comes first.”
And while those were true… they weren’t good enough.

At some point, you stop spinning your wheels and make a decision.
You either find the time – or you buy it.
We bought it.
Enter: Carl, our new video editor.

As ZA Suites grows, I’ve realized something important: Hiring isn’t complicated. It’s buying someone else’s time so you can grow the damn business.

Sounds crude. But it’s true.
Every hour I buy back is an hour I can spend building – not faking it for Instagram.

So, expect to see more from us.
More behind-the-scenes. More stories. More lessons.
Raw and unfiltered.

And if the videos flop, just blame Carl, or lie. Either way, I don’t care.
