The Building Permits are Rolling In!

March flew by! 

Our highly anticipated project, Longwood, has officially kicked off. We're transforming a pre-WWII bungalow into a stunning, Scandinavian-inspired, two-story home. After months of collaborating with Alex and Debri, balancing minimalist aesthetics with functional living spaces, we’ve landed on a design they're thrilled about.

Although we spend most of our time supporting investors on multi-unit conversions, projects like this are an exciting change. 

Beyond Longwood, we've had a busy month:

  • We received building permits for 3 projects: Ferndale, Balmoral, and Mohawk. All of which are investor projects.

  • We closed 2 building permits this month: Winona -- a flip project -- and Jane -- our client's personal residence.

  • We started a minor variance on another exciting second-story addition and will showcase that project soon.

Things are busy, exciting, and full steam ahead at ZA Suites!
